When is the CTC Early Bird deal ending?
We have two new CTC Early Bird deals this year:
Full price tickets (from 21/02/22 onwards): £195
Can I pay for camp in monthly instalments?
Yes, absolutely. When you reach the end of the booking form, simply choose to pay in monthly instalments. You'll be asked for a £20 deposit and then your monthly instalments will be calculated across the number of months there are left.
For example: If you book your child's place in August 2021, you'll qualify for the Early Bird ticket (£170) and have £150 left to pay between September and June. This will be split into 10 monthly payments of £15. Monthly payments will be taken on the last day of every month. If you would prefer your payments to be taken on a different date each month, please contact us at bookings@chequertree.org.uk
Can I pay for camp in one transaction?
Yes, you can. When you reach the end of the booking form, simply choose to pay the full amount. After you submit your booking form, you will be redirected to the payment window where you can pay via Debit or Credit card.

What is the CTC refund policy?
Your deposit (£20) is non-refundable. If you cancel more than eight weeks before the start of camp we will refund any subsequent fees paid, though there may be a charge. If you cancel eight weeks or less before camp commences you will be liable for half the fees. If you cancel four weeks or less you will be liable for the full fee. In exceptional circumstances refunds may be available at the discretion of the Family Trust Chief Executive.
Whilst we hope that Covid-19 will not affect our plans for CTC 2022, in the event that camp has to be cancelled in 2022, you will receive a full refund.

Whilst we hope that Covid-19 will not affect our plans for CTC 2022, in the event that camp has to be cancelled in 2022, you will receive a full refund. We will continue to follow all guidance to keep children and staff safe at camp.
How old does my child need to be to come to camp?
Chequer Tree Camp is for children in school years 4 to 7 (as of September 2021). You can find out more information on our CTC 2022 page.
How do I book for CTC 2022?
Visit our CTC 2022 Bookings Page. You can choose to pay in full or pay a deposit followed by monthly instalments. Once you have submitted your form, we will be in touch to confirm your place. Please note that are offices are closed during the summer, and therefore we will send confirmation emails out when we return in September.
What are the dates for CTC 2022?
Camp One: Sunday 24th July - Friday 29th July
Camp Two: Sunday 31st July - Friday 5th August
