Overnight Camper FAQ's

Overnight Campers:
Drop off: Tuesday 28th July at 11am.
Pick up: Friday 31st July, join us at 5pm for Camp Celebration following which you may take your child home.

Camp is held at St Lukes Church, Foley Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5AR.

If you cancel more than eight weeks before the start of camp we will refund any fees paid, however If you cancel eight weeks or less before camp commences you will be liable for half the fees, and If you cancel four weeks or less you will be liable for the full fee. In exceptional circumstances refunds may be available at the discretion of the Family Trust Charity Manager.

We know that your child is likely to have lots of questions about what to expect at camp. We've put together an outline of what a day at camp might look like.

Chequer Tree Camp is suitable for children who have completed year 4 (turned 9 years old by August 31st) up to the end of year 7 (turned 12 years old by August 31st).

Day Camper FAQ's

Start of camp: Tuesday 28th July at 11am.
Daily drop off: Please drop off your child at 8am at the main church entrance ready for breakfast.
Daily pick up: Please pick up your child from the main church entrance at 8pm.
End of camp pick up: Friday 31st July, join us at 5pm for Camp Celebration following which you may take your child home.

Yes, all meals are provided including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in-between.
